VCM 5.7 INSTALL ERROR

Hello,

I am installing vCenter Configuration Manager 5.7 (Eval), 1 tier, and this error pop up at step 21/52, (See Attachment).

The OS = Windows 2008 R2 and SQL 2012.

Try to contact support and they did not what to help me, due the fact I am using the Eval software install package.

Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.
