OK, so you can understand my confusion! 
The integration is very simple. If you have vC Ops registered with the same vCenter as Chargeback then the integration is automatic. There is nothing further to do!
You will be able to see this integration in Chargeback by going into Reports > Dashboard. There you will see "Cost Projection" and "Cost Optimization" tabs. The cost optimization will show you how much you can save by applying the recommendations from the Oversized / Idle /Powered Off Virtual Machine reports, for example.
