Hi aromano86,

Have you followed below stesp if not could you please follow that  .

If he looks in the Lab Manager DB table Usr, there is a column for enabled/disabled.  you can try manually enabling the user if they are disabled, and try logging in again.  But this is if and only if the LDAP connection is working correctly, and just the account is disabled due to the loss of LDAP connectivity.
