1) and 2) can be checked with the Get-Stat cmdlet, use the "disk.usage.average" and "net.usage.average" counters

3) With the Get-VIEvent cmdlet you can look for the VmRemoteConsoleConnectedEvent events, and check the date of the most recent one.
