The good news is, all your mailserver workloads appear to be functioning correctly now.

The bad_data error occurs because the times in your WRF files are not all synchronized. As you noted, the timestamp is 1 hour early on OlioWeb1, OlioWeb2, Standby1 and Standby2. All the VMs on Tile0 are synchronized which is why you didn't get any problems on the 1 tile run.

Your VMs (or any virtualized clients) should not be synchronizing with an NTP server. They should synchronize with the host. Make sure all your VMs are set to synchronize to the host time (In the web client, go to Edit Settings... > VM Options > VMware tools > Synchronize guest time with host) for every VM.

Make sure your hosts are synchronizing with the NTP server. Check times and timezones on your hosts.
