Creating vCloud Director Lab

I just bought a Dell Server, only one! Is it enough to start architecting the lab?

Would two nested ESX architecture work?

So the nested steps would be:

1. Install ESX5.1 on physical server

2. Make two VMs on the physical and install ESX5 on each of the VM. Correct?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
